They didn't rely on uncle Sam to subsidize their lives, no they came here to work their butts off and to be left alone to provide a better life for their families. What we now see are many who come here looking to take advantage of the system. Food stamps, welfare, subsidized housing and many other entitlements that can be manipulated. When we arrive here we're told to vote for this person or that party because they are there to "help us". There is no other group in the history of this country that has helped build and make America what it is today as we the latinos have done. It is being watered down and diluted by greedy politicians who only want our votes to line their pockets. Work hard, live free and leave us the hell alone Washington will help create the pride and Latino respect that we've seemed to have lost!
